Mission: Our HOW

Through fitness and wellness, we empower those who are overcoming adversity in many forms, breathing life into the resolve of others.  We provide mentorship, executive coaching, and business development to marginalized individuals.

Our first client for Resolve  is our founder, Larry Jackson. Larry's background as a trainer working with 3 NFL teams and the University of Kentucky Football and Basketball would help open doors in the downtown Lexington wellness scene - but it would not keep him there. Inclusivity was not synonymous with the Lexington wellness scene. To reverse this course, Larry invested in counseling, executive coaching, and business coaching to empower himself and future generations of wellness coaches of color.
